TubeFlow AI is a beta product. It's a workspace for faceless YouTube creators — research, strategy, production, and publishing in one place.
Your email address— used to sign you in via magic link. We don't store your password because there isn't one.
Your prompts and reports— when you run a tool, the topic you enter is sent to our AI model (Google Gemini) to generate results. If you save a report, it's stored in our database linked to your account.
Workspace data — your creator workspaces, pipeline items, production tasks, scheduled content, and exported assets.
Usage events — which tools you use and how often, so we can enforce fair daily limits and improve the product. No keystroke logging, no screen recording.
Error logs — when something breaks, we log the error to help us fix it. These logs include the tool name and a short error message.
Your email lets you sign in. Your prompts and reports make the tools work and let you retrieve your history. Usage events help us enforce the daily generation limit and understand which tools are most useful. That's it.
We do not use your content to train AI models. The prompts you enter are processed by Google Gemini under Google's API terms — not stored by us for training purposes.
Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your data lives in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL instance.
Google Gemini— the AI model that powers TubeFlow's analysis tools. Your prompts are sent to Google's API to generate results.
YouTube Data API — used to fetch public video data for research. We only access publicly available information.
Your account and associated data are retained while your account is active. Saved reports, workspace data, and usage logs are kept indefinitely unless you request deletion.
During beta, we may keep anonymised usage statistics even after account deletion to help understand how the product is used.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email us at hello@tubeflow.ai and we'll handle it promptly.
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
If we make meaningful changes to how we handle data, we'll post an update in the TubeFlow changelog and notify users by email. This policy was last updated in May 2026.
