Data & Usage

A plain-English breakdown of what TubeFlow stores, how it's used, and how to request deletion.

What is stored in your account

Email address
Used to sign you in via magic link. Not shared with third parties.
Saved reports
Reports you manually save after running a tool. Each includes the topic, tool used, date, and AI results.
Workspace data
Creator workspaces you create, including niche, pipeline items, production tasks, scheduled content, and notes.
Onboarding profile
Your creator type, goals, preferred niches, and experience level — set during onboarding.
Favourites
Specific results or ideas you star within a tool.
Usage events
A log of which tools you used and when, used to enforce daily limits and improve the product.

What AI requests use

When you run a tool, your prompt is sent to Google Gemini (an AI model) to generate results.

Sent to AI

  • • Your prompt (e.g. "AI productivity tools for students")
  • • Recent public YouTube video data for research context
  • • The tool type (e.g. Niche Finder, Strategy Builder)

Not sent to AI

  • • Your email address
  • • Your account history
  • • Other users' data

Prompts are not stored by TubeFlow for AI training. They are processed under Google's API terms.

Your privacy controls

Delete saved reports

You can delete any saved report from the sidebar at any time.

Export your data

Use the Export Hub in your workspace to download your content in Markdown or CSV format.

Request account deletion

Email hello@tubeflow.ai to request full deletion of your account and associated data. We'll action this within 7 days.

Beta product

TubeFlow is actively being developed. Data practices may evolve as the product grows. We'll communicate significant changes in the changelog.
